In my line of work there are times when you think you just can't possibly meet any more inspirational people...but I have. I met Julie Woods (pictured left) for the first time last December here in Dunedin at our local coaching group's pre-Christmas drinks. Because it was a group situation and I was meeting all of them for the first time, we didn't get to spend much one on one time together. So last night I attended a networking meeting where Julie was guest speaker, not only to support her but also to learn more about her and boy I am so glad I did.
Here's a brief bio on Julie: she went blind suddenly at the age of 31, and not only had that to contend with but had to adjust whilst caring for her two boys, aged 3 and 1 years. Then as if that wasn't enough, Julie's marriage fell apart and her husband left.
